In my psychiatric practice, I focus on progressively improving patient outcomes by addressing immediate concerns and providing long-term strategies for resilience and self-efficacy. I prioritize building a collaborative, safe, and non-judgmental environment where patients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors openly. My comprehensive approach helps patients manage symptoms over time and adjust to new and existing stressors. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with women navigating life changes such as pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause, as well as teens and young adults who feel unseen and misunderstood. My goal is to support patients in making gradual, realistic progress toward better mental health and an improved quality of life.
